hello bhw members please help me i have website 3 years old and 200 uniques articles on it . but montly traffic is only 200 viewers so please help me i need backlinks easy way and also provide me how can i create backlinks :)

Share the article on your social media channels to get good exposure and drive traffic.

Well the easiest way and free would be to do manually instead - you can comment blogs, create forum accounts, and post on forums, etc. However, these links may be 50/50 ******** nofollow.
If you have some cash, then investing into a tool like Scrapebox or GSA SER and start blasting links - that would also be another option.
Otherwise, if you would like further freebies, you can try GSA's website submitter the trial version, which submits your sites to web directories, etc for free.
 
Spy on your competitors domain and copy his Backlinks and for most easy method you can do blog commenting ,forum posting and creating profiles on high Authority websites
 
Usually getting backlinks easy way is to buy them, but in this case it's risky enough to get poor spam links to your website. Yeah, it will be cheap, but the results are going to be meager or even critical as poor backlinks are detected by search engines fast. So what is easy for you? To get backlinks without any effort for a short period? Or maybe it's worth spending some time and working on your project well?
There are ways for building quality backlinks like blog comments, infographics, video, social bookmarking etc.

The easiest way is to buy one of the backlink packages. But it's much better to build them manually. Then you know what result to expect.
 
The best way to get backlinks is through outreach.
Try to collect contacts of relevant website authors send them mail, explaining about your website.
Guest post the other method to get backlinks.
 
You can manually create web2.0, blog comments, forum links.. but it will take time. Also, fresh web2.0 without backlinks have little value. You can search for your niche sites and try to post on them... or if you have a budget you can find backlink offers on the marketplace.
