This means, the post was flagged as spam a few times or it is deleted by group moderator/admin a few times. Take some rest with the posting (a few hours at least) and try again later. If you get too much time this error, your account will be flagged as spammer.

Check your previously publisched post! If you find a group where your post was flagged as spam or deleted- leave that group.
