Storm Proxies Issues?

New here and not 100% sure where to post this, but I signed up for Storm Proxies and I've now received 2 sets of 50 proxies that are all banned. Has anyone experienced this before or know how to get them to give you a full set of 50 proxies that aren't banned from the start without having to keep testing everyone?

Very unhappy with their service so far.

Thanks, but it's all taken care of now! The 3rd list of 50 finally worked....hopefully they have no bad history on them!

if the proxies come from a shared pool it can be 50/50 but glad

No, I purchased the Dedicated Proxies that are for myself only and no one else.
