I just use Save button in browser and edit the HTML

Well if you are just taking about frontend, it's easy, you can view their source code and copy paste it other is to use softwares but for backend you will need to code it yourself unfortunately.

i understand..but fortunately the site i m looking for is not connected to any database...HtTrack worked very fine for me..

if you are using wordpress, you can use wordpress clone plugin for this purpose, there are also many other plugins for different CMS
