Also I tried creating a ticket on an the error 400 (can't like photos) issue that some others here have mentioned recently with the "create a new ticket" link (I have it on two of the three accounts I'm maintaining now) and I get a blank page.
I cant post the URL here (yet) with my new membership but you'd get the same link if you went to the main FL page, clicked on support, and then the link in "If you can't find answers in the user guide, Click Here to submit a ticket."
I tried using the same link in Chrome and IE and got the same blank page. Selecting "view source" in Chrome or IE shows the page is truely empty, but the FL site appears to be working otherwise ok.

Thanks, I just refreshed my browser before coming back here and noted it had just been updated.
I also noted the support ticket page is working now and I submitted a ticket on the error 400 issue. If anyone has any insight on what may be happening (besides simply IG trying to make life difficult) I'd appreciate your comments.
