As i'm an android Developer with Some skill , i would as if i ca' make money from apps i made Without Publishing ot on Google Play Store , How Can I do This ?

Yes, u can, make app, like "gta 5" (its just an idea), create intro like in gta 5 (video), then make text, you need to download files, add button download use webView to iframe CPA locker from ogads, BOOM, drunk, but you get the idea

Sure...lots of ways.

Put the .APK file on your own website/landing page or android app directories. Quick & easy way to bypass the Google play store. But why not just spend the $25 for the dev license...unless your apps break their ToS. Users will see "Go to settings and enable [install apps from untrusted sources]" alert, which might scare some away.

Monetize by putting the download link behind a content locker, or put ads inside the app.
Then figure out how to send traffic interested in your app to your link.

Is it right that Google has terminated your app many times and now you can't publish to Google Play?

Amazon and Galaxy Apps stores are the 2nd and 3rd best. You can support only PayPal for your app (if it's paid app), they won't reject!

You can also upload to CNET, it drives good number of download.
