just go to the expireddomains.net and search for the kewyord you are looking for, after you can find couples of them, use the free online DA checker to get the metrics, personally i wouldnt look at the DA, i check the TF instead

If the domain is tightly related to your site then a 301 might work, otherwise use for a PBN. It is the link profile that is important not a tools metrics. A high TF domain can still have a terrible link profile, in fact in most of my tests the higher the values in Majestic and OSE (unless with a well established business etc) the more likely the domain has been abused.
