500k IG Account Disabled permanatly (Need you Help)

I had an account in tattooed Girls niche, and it got disabled recently. they asked for the dick pic and i was quick enough to send them the picture they asked for. After that, they replied with this:

Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won't be able to reactivate it.

Now, my Question is, is there any way to get this account back? do anyone have any personal experience with this? would really appreciate if some one could help!

I've been disabled over 10 times and when I got that email I just keep appealing and always get my account back.account was recently disabled again (very very large account) and recovery process is taking longer than it ever has, not sure if this has something to do with their updates

are you saying your account was permanently disabled but you got it back after appealing several times?

I don't think accounts can get permanently disabled because I always get mine back, but if that email reply means your permanently disabled then yes, I've been disabled 10 times and got that email each time and still recovered my account
