Best way to rank inner pages?

Does anybody got any sort of guide to help rank inner pages? My website's root domain keeps getting DMCA take down'ed and I've thought of a strategy to counter this but I'm going to need some of my inner-pages ranked. All help will be appreciated!

Interlink everything, build links to inner pages and optimise your densities and overall onsite SEO better. Though honestly, not sure how is that going to help against DMCA.

Make sure your inner page contents are Unique and quality contents because your Homepage has DMCA.
After that get high authority backlinks to the inner pages and try video content to get some rankings.

Well, basically the DMCA complaints are ran by a bot that just sweeps google serps and reports anything it finds for the main keywords, my website is based around a particular TV show so I'm going to try to optimise each episode in the serps for example 'XXXX episode 1' rather than like 'watch XXXX' the problem is my show has a lot of episodes so I'm not sure what I can do other than optimise every single page and SEO every single page (over 100)

Learn the SEO Silo Structure, it can help your inner pages rank. Also, do a link building for your inner pages like Social Bookmarking, blog commenting on relevant website, link from PBN can also help

There is no sense at all. Linking our own first 10 serps.

But i will try and see how it's going.
