Scrapebox Expired Domain Finder

Is this still going strong these days?
Hate using software via rdp's as all the good seo software arent great for mac.

Hi

tried to load 50-300 domains for scrape during several days - result is one: 98% of domains is not available for registration. I use MacOS. I tried to contact support some hours ago to refund for this plugin - no answer. Loopline would you be so kind to support?
There are no refunds, but the plugin works well and if there is a bug they will fix it.

What is the issue exactly? Are you saying domains that are available show as not?

Or whats not working?

The mac version is literally brand new, as in its only 95% done. only 1 of the 6 plugins is built and they are still adding some of the lesser used settings to the core of scrapebox for MAC.

Windows is of course going strong, but they work on the mac version 7 days a week and have for about a year now.

So thats as going strong as you can get.

This plugin shows that domain is available but actually it's not available

That is because not all 404 tumblr blogs are available.
You can check availability for tumblr only by loging in and trying to change the username.
On overblog on the other hand if the blog shows that the blog has not be found, that one is surely available.

The addon can check what is rendered on the actual page, as it does not login.

what's on tumblr?

Guys sorry if this question is not for this topic.
I wish to understand how ScrapeBox works.
When I load key and press "Harvest" in "Url's harvested" box do I see the Serp of Google?
If yes till what page of Googl's serp does it scrape?

Can you give me some examples?

Are you working with stuff like

domain.com

or tumblrs? I saw that above, but I don't know if you are working with actual domains or web 2.0s.

So actual domains - use expired domain finder plugin

Expired web 2.0 like tumblr etc.. - use vanity name checker addon.

But if your working with actual domains and the expired finder shows something is available when its taken, its probably an issue with your proxies or something else and not the plugin its self. But if you can give some example domains or mail them to support, then they can fix any issue that may arise.

Very much the wrong topic, if you wish to continue you should start your own thread and link it here.

It scrapes as much of google as google will allow. Max of 1000 results is what google allows for any keyword, but they often soft cap it at less then 1000. Depends on the query. So may be 300-600 results or less

Loopline, thank you for your replies.
Issue with plugin has been solved by support of ScrapeBox (GREAT GUYS!).

Your welcome, glad they got you sorted. :)

If the plugin fails at checking a metric (say for a timeout or too many requests), is there some sort of indication? For example, I always get a 0 for Wayback. But if any other metric failed, would it simply show 0, or would it let me know that the plugin was unable to actually check?

If there is a failure as in the data doesn't exist, then its going to be a zero or a blank square or a dash.

Are you guys using proxies?

If so they need to be private, but else you can try with no proxies as a test.

If the proxies are off its going to report bad data. Of course you should never use public proxies for this as it will make the success rates terrible with false positives

Sure. If you post several example domains that report falsely I can have a look.

@loopline can i use rotating proxies ? or i have to use private proxies?!
because i want buy rotating proxies from http://stormproxies.com/ ! can i use it for check the domains is available or not?

Storm proxies has a proxies that is like every 15 mins or something, maybe its every 10 mins, use those, they are more stable then the ones that change every request. I think private proxies would still be marginally better for this task, but I haven't actually compared them. Try and see if you are happy with the results. Typicallly no proxies is fine though, I don't use proxies with the expired domain finder.

Either is fine. You can use a VPS, but a home pc is fine too. Ive used a home pc with the expired plugin and low connections and not even used proxies.

No. Plus thats against the rules here at BHW because its sold here.

Plus Scrapebox is worth its weight in gold and you would probably do well to purchase it and use it rather then try and steal it.
i use PC for exprdie domain plugin and 10 semidedicate proxy . but i don"t find any domain name
Can I help you
thanks sir
