So, I'm aware you guys already heard the problems with FollowLiker a few weeks ago. I bought my license for Instagram in May and upgraded my product in July. Everything worked perfectly fine until they came up with their monthly subscription idea.
Like many others, I contacted PayPal to refund my money. In that time, FollowLiker changed their mind and dropped their idea for old customers like myself. Because of that, I close my request to refund my money. Everything was fine again, at least I thought.
After reading that announcement here, I contacted their "support" and asked them to reactive my license. They said to me that they couldn't do anything until PayPal returned the money. That was three weeks ago.
I contacted PayPal asking if it is true and guess what; they confirmed that the money is already sent back. In that time, FollowLiker stopped answering my tickets and marked it as "resolved" - I never agreed to that!!!! I immediately opened a new ticket with no respond yet - I think they will ignore it again.
They have my money and won't reactive my license. Should I contact paddle.com? Am I the only guy they try to fuck over again?
