Haven't heard good things about their linkbulding but I can be wrong.

If your worried about penalizing your site build the links yourself or go after outreach companies that actually provide quality links.

Just search your competitors back links, find their guest posts. Ask for a guest post. Half price. It's all that these services will do for you, then throw on their own finders fee. Isn't even really much of a task to do.
