OP kindly offered a sample of 2 links for review. I wrote some rather harsh reviews for other providers on this forum, so I know my thing. This service is way better, especially considering the price.
In detail, metrics:
Link 1: DA 23.36, PA 36.09
Link 2: DA 26.75, PA 37.45
The websites
Both were properly designed with different themes. There were several categories (slightly different between both sites), and my and other people's articles were added where they belonged.
The content
As advertised. About 300 words of unique content with related images. Clearly not native (but what would you expect for a couple of bucks per link?), but doesn't feel spun at all, I assume it was written manually. One thing I liked is that OP took time to not only create content relevant to my keywords and target audience, but also to give articles a proper structure (with sub-titles, etc.). It's not a big block of random text, but something that actually looks like an article. Overall much better than what I've seen elsewhere.
Conclusion
Very satisfied, there was some real effort put in there. One of the very best services I've tried so far in this price range.

I received a review copy of 2 links. It's OK backlinks which I recommend for tier 2 or 3 not for tier 1 based on domain backlinks. The content was pretty good and it well spun with a image too.
Overall I will rate it as OK service which is perfect for tier 2.
