Hey everyone!

How do we find people who can get us genuine installs of .exe "Silent Install" ??

I understand that there may be a few PPI networks who can get us installs however they have certain t&c's in order for you to get registered and start advertising(Getting you downloads).

So thought if there is a way to find individuals who can get genuine installs.
If yes, what is the average cost for the advertiser?
