Receive an email when you get a new backlink?

I`ve seen some tools floating around bhw that can send u an email when u get a new backlink but I can't find them anymore.

Do you know a tool or service that can send u an email when u get a new backlink? (i can't use WMT)

Look into using Google Alerts. I use this for several of my sites.

Do you know any other tool by any chance? for me google alert doesn't work properly i get the result of everything saying TATTOO instead of tattEo ...quite annoying :/

That should not happen unless you structure the query correctly.

For example lets pretend your domain is MyCoolTatatoo.com and you want backlinks with Google Alerts you would enter:

https://ibb.co/f40iu5

Google may have changed the layout. I went to

https://www.google.com/alerts

and then you see the box at the top that says "Create an alert about..."
Well start typing into that box:
Link:SomeDomain.com

Then click "show options"
Change "How Often" to "As-it-happens"
Change "How Many" to "All Results"
Change "Deliver to" to your real email address
Click "Create Alert"

Then it should work for you

Note: replace "SomeDomain.com" with your website domain.

Yep i did that it still finds tattoo and not tatteo, i have other alert and same it never really find the right thing, i have one for tattoo jobs it finds everything tattoo related and tattoo jobs sometimes...thanks anyway !

Ok well I hope I helped and let me know if open link profiler as suggested by neila works.
I'm thinking you are doing it correctly, so its gotta be a bug in Google perhaps they are unintentionally auto-correcting a misspell. I do see that when searching in google for some brands-names.
