i was targeting a kw for some time ....

what i did was
- improve internal linking (make more articles related to tis topic and link in the content to the main article)
- around 10 niche PBN links with unique content on not spammy PPNs

There was a good improvement but then you see i lost 20 positions and not there its stable.
the side is not punished. all others articles rank unchanged.

so i wondering what can be the reason ???
any ideas.

I would still wait a bit longer to make any conclusions. Two weeks is nothing nowadays.

anchors are mostly the url and random and the pin links are exact search ...

still hope its a dance

Well and what is the percentage? How many backlinks you have in total?

Can't tell the exact dates from your screenshot but there was an algo rollout on the 19th. Maybe that.

It's just a minor one, doesn't even have a name they are pretty often. The algoroo screenshot below suggests there maybe have three this month. The two orange bars and the 19th that has no bar for some reason. There was a thread here a few days ago about someone who I think had one of his sites slapped by a one earlier in the month.

I would wait for a month or two for the serp to settled down before doing anything else.

But I can confirm that there were some google shuffling this month. Mine was on Aug 13-14 and Aug 26-28. Now all keywords are back to their actual position.

Be precautious while working for internal linking.
In my case , I put a link for my main page with exact anchor text in website footer and site got rank #6 from #93 in a week and then lost for nowhere again in a month. The reason I found out, Google found 3000+ internal links instantly from my site footer towards main page as my site was having 3000+ pages with same footer. It gave an Idea to G about some gray hat.. sigh.. ):

Exact match internal links can also add up to over optimisation in the same way that external links can.

Whilst most people in this day and age would know not to spam exact match external links to their site, a lot of people still go crazy with internal exact match.

I would consider adjusting some internal links to either longtail versions or more generic anchors.

I've also experienced over-optimisation of internal links. You can possibly improve your position by making sure that the title of your page is not the same as the anchor text.

From the reading I've done over the last couple of years, it seems that keyword rich anchor text to a page should be 5% or less. Of course, that is only hearsay, but you could try linking to your page from your PBNs using only one keyword rich anchor (from the most powerful site) and keep the others as URL variations.
