How to refresh internet connection on Huawei HG8245

I have a BIG problem over here at the moment I cannot reach out to the router please if someone knows how to restart/refresh the connection to the internet on HUAWEI HG8245 from Desktop PC?

Can't you type in the router's IP address in your browser to access and reset it remotely?

yes most router have got a full reset hole on the router put a pin in the hole reset all the info ......

i dont want to hard reset the router i want just to change the current ip address for my connection so i can get a fresh IP with the new month internet
