What is the minimum number of Citation Flow of a new site? Is it zero? Just like that of the Trust Flow.

I am asking as I have a new site like for 3 weeks now. The links made are web 2.0 and some social bookmark like around 25 links. The citation has gone up to 19 with the url and domain.com CF is 12 and TF are both 0. Majesic shows 3 backlinks to my site.

Is it really like that when you build links that are not making an impact?

Give some time for crawlers and build more web 2.0s, social networks, profiles backlinks. If you can few PBN as well. Don't over do.

I am not sure that getting quality web 2.0 as backlinks for a new site is bad. It is not like I am rushing the link building. I do it consistently and gradual.

Maybe I will give it time.

So is it zero as a citation flow score to beginwith of a website with no backlink at all? Thank you.

It doesn't matter whatsoever what kind of metrics does your money site have. It's not a PBN or some other domain where you would have to evaluate it's power without any other info.

If you want to build TF immediately, the only way to achieve that is to 301 redirect another site that has a minimum of TF20 and above, and that will immediately bump your own site's TF. Otherwise, you will need a page that points to your site that has a strong TF and that will also help bump your site's TF in the process.
