I been making $25 - $150 a day.

That's how I got my start by being a middleman. Only I sold an online service. I was banking hard until my competitor got me kicked off adwords, which lead me to blackhat world. On here I learned how to create and buy adwords accounts and the rest is history. Now I'm into FBA and a few other ventures. You're off to a good start. Keep it up!

Nice work @TheRallymethod, I will have a look at some of my local groups.

Do you ship the item to them or ship it to yourself and deliver? if you ship it to them then how do you get them to pay before they receive the item?

I am interested in know the answer to this as well? I have sold stuff in my local buy and sell FB groups but it is always a cash in hand transaction.

I wonder the same thing. Because I think it's easier just to bring attention to your product and when someone wants to buy they just send the payment directly to your PayPal account. And with this money you actually order the product from Amazon, eBay etc. and enter the buyer's address. After you order you leave with the remaining profit in your PayPal. Sounds easier this way to me. Correct me if I'm wrong.

How do you convince them to pay you and wait for the item? most people want pics of the actual item and it also seems they would want to meet up for the exchange.

Dunno, maybe you simply download the pictures from the actual offer on eBay, Amazon etc. and post them on your offer on facebook etc? And you wouldn't want to meet them face to face. Simply specify your payment methods so people can know what kind of payment you accept. It's 21st century. People are getting even more creative and good at lying people just to get the stuff for free. Something like you agree to meet with the buyer but when you arrive there is a whole group waiting for you :). There are many many ways to rob someone if he's stupid enough to catch the bait.

Yes you're right this is exactly how I do it. They send me the payment, and I just buy the product from the seller right then and there and then give them the details on the tracking info. Like I said a few customers paid me via Western Union and with that, I'll just pay for the item with my own cash that's in my paypal instead.

I usually take the pics of the item from the seller's page, and add it to the facebook group. And I mean of course there are people who would rather meet up, but there are more who probably don't because of the amount of scams and robberies that go on. And when they send me the money through paypal they feel secure, because Paypal is a middle man if something occur where I don't send them their item in a respectful time frame, they can charge back their money. And there are them consumers (I haven't met one) who will try to do a charge back after getting the item and lying and saying they didn't get the item or something. That is another reason why I am going to start telling the seller's what's going on, to make sure they add insurance and all documentation of the package and make sure it requires a signature. A lot of people feel safe to do it via Paypal because it's safe. But like I said there are consumers who just offer to pay me via Western union and trust me. Which makes me feel great, because I'm not a scammer, and I'm very personable with the buyers, so they can buy from me again. I do follow ups and everything.

its all good op, your method is solid (and i like your honesty). again this is nothing against you personally.

there is only one problem, CHARGEBACK SCAM. search for it on google, paypal result are first, watch videos about it, hell i even met a few people who claim they wre victems of this.

basicly its a buyer via paypal that open a dispute calming his credit card/account was used without his knowledge of the transaction. 90% of the times they give him his money back. and as an add bonus you pay the transaction fees. the client gets the product for free you lose money.

how do you counter this?

Really actionable guide, thank you OP. I can just see a war room member from WF, taking this and making a WSO out of it. Then calling it a never seen before arbitrage method. Solid post.

I have only one question: does paypal let you purchase the items from the ebay seller right after having received the payment from the vendor? Usually in this case payal freeze the account cause it suspect irregular activities

I know about this because I frequently sell on eBay myself. There are two really good ways to minimize your risk that I can think of right now. The first is to not sell high price items, especially if you're not doing a high volume of sales. People are much much less likely to rip you of for a $50 item than for a $500 item. The second way you can protect yourself is to not ship more merchandise to one address than you are willing to risk losing.

@TheRallymethod , is your buyer pay the item first or after their receive the item? What country most buyer you coming from

Thanks op

never give a product or service before you get paid unless its alexpress escrow.

Great ideas, keep it up. That's how you become successful, just by using your own twists here and there. Good luck buddy!

I honestly been on this forum for years, never made it anywhere. Well this year, I couldn't take it no more. I just put my foot out there and had to do something.

I been middle-manning like crazy. I middle man on and offline. I target craigslist, offerup, and etc. Lately, I been targeting EBAY & Facebook groups.

First method: MIDDLE-MAN "BUY NOW" ITEMS (craigslist and ebay)

Join "Buying and Selling" Facebook groups on facebook... these groups are groups where people post all the things that they have for sale and or things that they are looking to buy. I'm in a few groups that have 50k plus users, and people who are on the hunt for a lot of stuff.

However, I go on eBay and find things like iPhones, sneakers, clothes, computers and etc, and take the pics from eBay, post them in the group and add $25-$80 to the original price and when someone buy them from me, I just put buy the item from my paypal account and put the buyers information in as a gift or even as a buyer (ship to) and sell it to them. I usually inform the eBay seller what I'm up to, sometimes, depending on the items.

I usually let the seller know I'm middle manning if it's an item that they have regularly. Like there's this hot "THING" that's in demand (I won't say cause I ain't trying to have everybody up on this and steal my sales) lol but there's a hot thing that is creatively built, and a guy on eBay makes these things full time, I informed him what I was middle man, and he was all for it. Most buyers don't give a f!ck and probably prefer someone else to do all the work for them. I brought him 2 sales last week, that was the initial item that I started to middle man. My add on fee that I add on to the item for profit, is never that much, unless it's a steal on the original seller's end. However, when you're not trying to be greedy, you attract more customers and get faster sales. I even sell my gift cards from Swagbucks on there. I had a $25.00 Nike Gift card, I sold for $10.00 (small money, but it's still profit).

A small percentage of these buyers in some of these groups are in my area, so I could easily buy the item myself from the seller on eBay and meet up to sell it personally. But that's too risky now a days, not saying that I wouldn't and that I haven't met up with people from craigslist. However, I just prefer to do it paypal, because then we are both secured and probably 70% of the people on there isn't in my area.. But most of them send me money via Western Union or the SquareCash app or Green dot to Green dot. However, there is a invoice service that I will start to use for people that pay me via Western Union or any way other than Paypal - that will provide proof of sale and confirmation. I'm very personable with the buyers. I'm not pushy or give any vibes that I am a scammer cause I am not. It's so many scams out there it's ridiculous. Don't be that person.

Second Method: "AUCTION ITEMS"

This method is good because you can half of the time get a bigger profit off an item that is under auction terms cause 9x out of 10x you probably will buy it for less than it's worth. Depending on a few factors. There was a NBA jersey that was customized and pretty dope up for auction, I bidded on it and was the highest bidder for $13.50. I won the bid and got the jersey in like a week, that seller was a slow shipper. I posted this jersey for $35.00 and someone offered me $25, for it and I took it and still made a profit. It wasn't about the fact that I probably could of got more for it, it was about "PROFIT", maybe if they offered $20.00 I probably wouldn't have cause that would have been only a $6.50 profit. And even that small amount isn't bad, profit is profit and it adds up when you keep hustling.

I started doing this July 30, and from then on I been bringing in some cash. I don't make sales everyday, I won't even lie. But at least 3 days out of the week I been snagging $25 to $150 in a day. I'm trying to hit a goal, I'm trying to save up $3800 by September 22, and plus I work full time so if I had more time I could put more time into finding sh!t online. It definitely is something one can make a career doing. Definitely can be structured into a website to bring in some passive income, even for higher end items like cars, boats, bikes and etc.

This may be something that everyone knows about. But I just wanted to share this. It doesn't cost you shit to try. My partner was telling me that this will become a headache once buyers start complaining and shit about items not being this, or lying and saying they didn't receive the items. That's why I like to tell the eBay seller what's going on to let them know what's going on so maybe they can add insurance to their packages and for them to keep the copy of all the items shipped. But this is sh!t sellers deal with anyway. I haven't had that problem, hopefully I don't run into that problem. I'm 2500 away from hitting my goal and then I'm out the game.... for a little while atleast.

After a few days of testing the method it seems to be important to find groups with proper admins, so they don't let people with fake accounts in. Shortly after I published my listings, a few people contacted me - all of them were just fake FB accounts. I have no idea what is their "business model", but it's worth being cautious when selling anything on FB.
