closest thing I come accross is using a view bot using proxies but have a long delay when watching the Live stream counts as a person watching the stream.

you mean *Live Audience* am sure there are few software that able to do so , on BHW Marketplace
its harder these days, google bans every possible suspicious proxy they find, High retention...

There is, premium proxies proxies for tons of cash
And high retention we had this service we shut it down cause dont know how ro use it, its full view leagth.... But risky and pricy today

It is possible to make one, but it would require a really powerful server and good proxies.

What do you mean? i have been looking everywhere cant find one, thought my best bet would be to find a person willing to design one for me

Won't happen. If you use a bot your accounts will get banned. Live event views won't keep you ranked either, not unless you have money to burn that is. You won't make a good enough ROI to justify the outgoings.

I think it's harder, because if you emulate the viewers with a Chrome based bot, YouTube could easily detect the fakes. Since Chrome is sending every request to Google, Google owns YouTube, ... etc.

So it will be better do find a different approach.

Short answer, yes. Harder to manipulate and keep consistant I would think.
