How to get advertiser for site ?

I was lurking through flippa and found an automated news site is earning between $250 - $300 monthly. The owner stated that he was earning from adsense , adsnow.com and content.ad and ad sales...

And in ad sales he posted this image

So my query is how he is getting advertisers for each possible block in his site ? How one can do this ? or any site provides these types of service ?

Even his traffic is not enough to attract advertisers.

So how could i do this ?

I have no idea about Automated News but that is black hat method and maybe you can use such as CPA offer to get money from it because using AdSense is a really terrible idea.

Those seller on flippa is making money by creating website and monetize using adsense, ads. Bounce rate is very high (94.12%), about the advertisers, I dont think if they're legit. The seller didnt elaborate more info about the ads, anyway Goodluck to the buyer

There are a few marketplaces for selling ads out there - buysellads.com for instance takes sites with decent traffic, but there are some lower tier nets that might sell an ad for $15/mo.
Whether they have buyers, though, I son't know.
