No particular niche.. I upload what I like, I also don´t promote or focus on getting more subs.
Started my channel with some greyhat (bought 1000 views) and it is whitehat for several years now.
I built all using my iphone only! Some apps i used; Imovie, Gravie, Intromate, Vintagio, Video in Video, Keyword tool etc..
Now i switched to a macbook pro and started playing with final cut pro, logic pro x, etc.. But it needs some time i recon..
I bought the mac and software from my earnings on YouTube, so that part is doing well!

Good job buddy! I currently have about 7000 on over 3 channels. But I want to grow one of them (1000 subs) to 100.000 minimum eventually with a big engagement rate

I don´t gonna share the exact amount, but I could buy a new macbook pro each year if I wanted.. I do this beside my fulltime job @fujifilm as hobby, but it gets every month more serious because all goes better by the month (gained 200 subs since i started this topic
My channel is a worldwide channel and because of that my monthly income fluctuates, It all depends on the country were my video(s) goes popular. On yearly base it´s steady. Also I got some 25 domains I use to promote my vids, I do this with the use of websites about the subjects.
I create vids that can be seen by the world population, to do that i keep some things in mind; No text or talking, Subjects that trigger every man/boy woman/girl, (Often I use rare items, and create a slideshow or make a video from them) Keywords from the most spoken languages like english, spanish, chinese and arabic (gave me views from 192 countries).. Music is a big plus in my vids as it goes further than any border, Mostly use the music from the YT library were producer "Silent partner" is my first choice, their music can be monetized without any problems.
But ask me! I´m not the guy to call myself an expert, but I know a little about YouTube..

I´m a guillotine operator, I do that in five shifts.. My yearly income from Yt is one month work on my fulltime job, if I scale up eleven times on yt it would be equal.

My goal is to have 1k Real subs for my new channel, actually it is easy to get 1k real subs but it is going to be costly and blackhat way but nope i promised myself to use whitehat only on my new channel except for the ranking

once video ranked you can easily automatically get subscribers one method you might even know is adding subscribe button to all videos if you want i can post video but i decided not to cause i think you might already know about it

Yep already know about it.. So i just need to upload 1-2 videos so the channel will grow quickly.
Its really difficult to grow a youtube channel from scratch nowadays. my main problem with my new channel I am developing is that one can't get their videos suggested by other videos unless you have monetization enabled. One can't get monitization enables until one gets 10,000 views. The only way to get those 10,000 views the right way is to advertise on adwords or some crap or get really good SEO that isn't near anything someone else has. Once you get 10,000 views, youtube will actually start recommending your videos since you will have monitization enabled and they make money. I really don't want to have my main channel with 800K subscribers knowing my new channel because i think on my new channel it would hurt the reputation of the kind of content I put on there.
