I live in a smallish town around 12000-15000 people.
Would setting up some sort of monthly lottery work? I know a few local fittness/squash clubs ect have this sort of thing with a few hundred members.
Say spending a few hundred pounds on leaflets with a website address for a local monthly lottery.
£10 a month 90% in to the pot keep %10. Winner gets the money and a photo and shit receiving the money on the site.
Don't know the legally of this kind of thing but people around here eat this kind of stuff up in local papers ect.

you need some kind of permission from local authorities to do that.
