Please tell me what are the best way to get backlinks for classified site.

Specific to classified ads are the numerous websites out there aggregating results from ebay and the other large sites. Usually you can structure your feed or xml sitemap to their requirements and automatically get links to each of your posts. In general guest posts are one way to get more links that doesnt require money up front or 3rd parties.

Yap ,tracking competitors using tools such as ahrefs is super good

I am also using Swahili Wikipedia backlinks. Since i know Swahili, it is really easy to write and add links to my money site with good anchor texts
