Depending your niche and monthly revenue I've seen the weirdest sites go for 10k+ easily.

Make sure to block all the unwanted crawlers to prevent competitor spying. Ex:semrush,ahrefs bots.

How would you do that?

It's hard to tell, I've never seen that niche before in the MP but 4 figures shouldn't be that hard as long as the revenue is constant and maybe room to see scale.

You could always set a reserve and see what happens.

How would you do that?

By editing robot text with all the bots that i don't want.

Ex:
User-agent: semrushbot
Disallow: /

even that if your PBN doesn't block it still can shows since crawler can crawl your PBN. This is why i always prefer to build all links myself or outsource under my vision . No matter how we cover up if our pbn leaks it will show our indentity.

no, it is not a redflag on flippa if you will sell your website built with PBN. It is depend on the buyer if they prefer to buy it, buyer have always review site before they buy it.

An informed buyer will check but Flippa won't check.

For a start, websites that heavily rely on PBNs cost less than those who are doing manual outreaching and/or legit sites. Empire Flippers is my best bet, although they cut 15%.

It's not the PBN sites you should be concerned about. I've seen sites listed at Flippa where the seller says "PBN powered" then a few weeks after the site is sold it's gone from the SERPs.

From the 100's of sites ive gotten WMT access for via flippa over the last year, only a few are still ranking. Go figure.

It's rampant. They set the site up for sale at flippa and then make a run for it.

If you are investing good money in buying a site then you should avoid site ranked with lots of PBNs because most of the people don't renew their PBNs after they got expired. Moreover, flippa don't have any such condition.
