I cannot register to the Thepiratebay.org it always gives "Wrong Code" Error.

So where can I get rare proxies which is not recognized by thepiratebay?

I suppose in the Proxies for Sale section. Trial and error. Or go for the more expensive residential private proxies, those shouldn't be on any blacklists.

Try a different domain with a residential proxy. This should work encase something is blocking the connection.
