are all of you who promote clickbank producst having a Blog between traffic + aff link?

or do you just send traffic straight to product?

Create your own pre-sell page with testimonials on it, also there's nothing wrong with direct linking IF the landing page has testimonials and looks decent, just make sure that your ad copy specifies that the customer is being directed to the vendors landing page.

best to drive traffic to a blog or website then get their email to follow up and promote products that's related to your blog. The higher the relevance the higher the conversion rate

I always use a presell lander. Lets you warm the traffic up. Especially with most converting offers having vsl's, sending your traffic to an autoplay vsl is a no no with most adnetworks.
