i do not spam single word answers , but some people track me
like a missile tracks a target , odd really i track n follow no 1

Congrats, that's a lot of content added to BHW. Your proxy threads are by far the most viewed threads by visitors to BHW, and you contribute quite a lot to the site in that respect.

i will, twice a day morning and evening GMT uk time
only allowed to update them twice a day due to having 9 proxy threads.
so i space the updates 8hrs apart as most lists of proxies are dead
in 4-6 hrs. and more than x2 a day morning/evening be over kill
