Mostly keyword serp tools like sepbook.I am already use this tools for keyword serp purpose.
I use ranktank for free serp checker

They use google spreadsheet to check position of keyword. Just copy this template then add your domain and keywords

For me, I use Scrapebox's Rank Tracker paid module. I load proxies that are from the region that I am targeting, and then it automatically checks the SERP whenever I run the checker. This way, I get to see the fluctuating results on a daily basis, and I can make the necessary adjustments on the spot.
