are these metrics good for a blog?

44 DA, 49 PA, 12 TF, 29 CF

yeah, good metric blogs only.Make your TF some more high at least 15+

Should not believe the high metric blogs always good,, I can seen so many high traffic network blog sites, But those are not having regular visitors :-)

Checking the whole site performance is well and good :-) Cheers

Metrics are good. But in my personal prefer i always try to find TF more least 5+ ahead than CF, but it's for just numbers. All metrics are very in other words super easy to manipulate. So always check how anchor text used in your domain and where links were coming from and from how much unique domains. It's not only the metric game.

out of curiosity, how many pbns do you have that have their TF higher than CF? and 5 plus?!

if you do, that is one heck of powerful pbn!

I own a lot since I own a local seo agency. I am not a big fan of high metrics (when it comes to pick a domain)I always checking 10PA+ 12DA+ TF 10+ mostly I do my homework with a history of backlinking patterns , how anchor used, where domains referring from and i check all stuff manually. That's what I wanted to mean. You will find tons of high numbered TF /DA etc but used with spam to death, pharma or other nasty flagged niches. Best practice is looking backlinking profiles manually with the help of majestic and ahrefs.

built some lins from high TF pages ....

Looks good but what worries me is the ratio between the TF and CF. Did you checked the link profile and the domain history?
