How do you research on trending keywords?

Before you mention Google Trends, I know about that but that's not quite what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a tool or platform that pinpoints specific keywords that people are actually searching for rather than general trending topics.

Any ideas?

Can you explain how to use SEMRush to find keywords that are currently trending?

Google Trends should work fine. Just type a keyword/topic and scroll down to Related queries. Is this what you're looking for?

Alternatives for Google Trends are BuzzSumo and Ahrefs Content Explorer.

Was hoping for a tool that gives me keywords without me having to input a seed keyword. But I guess Google Trends will have to do. Thanks!
