aka leadpages alternative without monthly payments

Anybody using landing page monkey? Does it get the job done?
What are you using that doesn't require monthly payments?
Can anyone recommend a landing page builder that works?

look for "wp landing pages pro" on codecanyon (not affiliated in any way), it's simple and only 9 bucks... Though personally I like ones with reporting and a little more advanced features. There is a guy selling something advanced now on the forums here, I forgot his name but I commented in his thread earlier today and last night. Search my posts if you want to find it.

EDIT: oh and they are wordpress plugins, not services.
