Well if you are trying to scrape google, youre out of luck. Google uses recaptcha. None of the captcha solvers can solve this very well. Hardly at all.

DBC always seems to have issues with their API for a number of tools. I used to use them but moved over to 2captcha months, probably years back and haven't looked back.
The issue with SERE could be your project settings, emails or proxies though rather than your captcha service.
I'm guessing you miss read the question or don't have a clue what you are talking about....

They say they do, but it doesnt work very well at all. None of the services offering recaptcha solving work well at all at this time.

Skyebug is right, recaptcha really sucks, services promise high success rate with recaptcha but reality is different. You are the one don't have clue.

The only scraper I know which gives option to solve google recaptcha manually is the one in my sig. But it is still very difficult over time as they make the captchas harder and harder. Recaptcha tracks mouse movements, cache etc. Sometimes it will even keep throwing captchas to solve even if you are solving them correctly. I made a post about a year ago or so sharing a video about how recaptcha works.

If you "Very much understood the question" as you claim could you please explain to my why the OP would ever need to scrape Google when using SEREngines as he clearly states he is both in the title of the thread and within his post?
SEREngines is not GSA SER. SEREngines uses pre-made templates to post directly to web 2.0s and requires a captcha service to complete the captcha that is on the web 2.0 signup page. There is no requirement to scrape google at any stage as you claim with your "understanding" of the question.
Same question as above to you then......I never said anything about ReCaptcha and services sucking if you reread my post. My point is that Skyebug missunderstood the question as there is no requirement to scrape Google when using SEREngines as the OP clearly states he is using.
Are you 100% sure the issue is ReCaptcha capchas? I know Skyebug77's misunderstanding of your post has probably made you focus on Recaptchas but if you manually signup to the web 2.0 properties you are trying to sign upwith with SERE then you will be able to see if they are using ReCaptcha or not.
As I have said, your issue could be your settings, proxies or emails. They all come into the picture when using SERE to sign upto web 2.0s. I have been using 2captcha with it for ages and have never noticed anything to suggest that ReCaptcha is an issue when signing upto the platforms that are supported with the tool.

Not sure if you missed the first word of my OP saying "IF". His next posts seem to insinuate this as well. Anyways, hope you get the answers you need @shenski

You really need to use 2captcha for SERE v2 because SER had to make some changes in order to support 2captchas recap v2 solving. None of the other captcha services are integrated with SER to support this at the moment. A lot of the web 2.0's need recap v2 in order for registration so that's why you need to use 2captcha. Currently, you can't solve recap v2 manually in SER.

Using blazing seo proxies, 2captcha + mail.ru/catchalls.

Sucess depends on many factors.
Remember to use enough mails.
Each platform supports 1 email per account. If you want to build 10 accounts from the same site you need to import 10 emails for that.
Some platforms don't support catchalls so use mixed - SEREngines also creates 2 mail providers. You can use them too.
DBC is not good as it used to be. It's dead for years (least for me) Use 2captcha, and you will be glad.

2captcha is a good human captcha solving service when compare with DBC. (fast, affordable & reliable) And SEREngines use their templates, and user doesn't need to scrape search engines. Captcha uses for registering to these web2.0 websites)
