after long negotiation , I've been offered link from several webmaster with good metric also..the problem is domain topic not related to mine....let say a cooking site while my domain is door repair service


so..what do you think guys? should i just put my link in there with my keyword as anchor text , put my link but with brand / naked anchor..or should i ask for a separate pages ( create door repair article and put my link on that article)

I would not, keep looking for a related site.

This is the best option. But, if this is not possible, you could place a link on not related page, if the link will be surrounded by related piece of text.

i did this , but i doubt it give any positive effect..but im not sure

what do you suggest ?, im thinking to create single page with at least 1000 word, and another let say 4-5 related pages and create internal link wheel

I suggest the following:

1. Get a link from related domain and related page - the best option.
2. Get a link from not-related domain, but from related page ("create door repair article and put my link on that article").
3. Get a link from not-related domain and not-related page - this is the option, but you should use a piece of relevant text that surrounding a link. Also, for this case you should use URL-anchor or brand anchor.

No even for authority, big sites relavancy is not something to worry. Just create a new page and leave your anchor or place a branding anchor. You will experience positive rankings.
