Need help with clocking and VCC

I am very new with cloaking, I read many threads and found reference of fraudbuster and wpclocker script, but all threads are nearly 3-4 years old.

I just need to know that is the above scripts are still working and is their any new cloaking script.

One more thing, my all cc are banned, I also tried entropay but no success.

There are many sites that provide VCC. Starcampaigns xyz would be a nice option. It’s also free to use. But you can also go for the paid one.
