I have a wallpaper website getting 1k daily visitors since Dec, 2016 so it is not improving at all.It is not spam or bot, unique script/design, responsive, hundreds of organic backlinks(14k total).I have checked backlinks from google console and saw this;

Totally spam and bot, fetching my content with source url.Should I disavow this type of backlinks?

Edit:Sorry for grammar errors.

Before you disavow anything try to make sure the links you want deleted do more harm than good to you. If you are certain of the types of links you want to remove, try contacting the webmasters of the spam sites to delete the links to your site. Disavowing a lot of spam links is like a red flag that you may be trying to game the system. However if after doing all of the above gets you nowhere go ahead and disavow them.
Tl;dr use the disavow tool as a last resort.

Totally. Those will kill your rankings faster than you can say Domain Hunter Gatherer!

Like others suggested, call the webmaster to remove your links from their site. If no good news, just disavow the whole root domain.

Thank you, the question is, can this be reason for not improving at all?I know it is hard to give an answer with this information but..

If you have been buildings quality links for a while and see no improvement then maybe the spam links are at fault for muddying your link profile.
