I have a WP blog site (Name A ) ranked at 2nd page (main keyword , hompage) after one month's link building and blog post ,but it's just jumped to 59 with the fist blog page ,during this month i only do link (brand, url ,long tail keywords) to the hompage ,not Categories or blog post page ,so here are my questions .

1:is that possible the homepage got over-optimization ?
2:If so,how to fix it ?
3:if 301 A to a new site B ,should i still do links during 301 ?
4:not really know about branded name keywords, if my site is about chanel bags, then the branded keywords just can be chanel ?

(PS:sorry for my bad English ,thanks all in advance)

1. Yes.
2. Fix your densities, dilute your anchors.
3. Don't do any 301s, you will only screw your anchor texts further and it won't help you much. It can be done for anchor text dilution, but that's an advanced technique overall.
4. Your branded keywords are your domain name. If your domain name is "chanelbags.com". then your brands are chanelbags.com, chanel bags etc. However in this particular case, your brand keywords is also your main keyword, so careful there. That's why I do not advise using EMDs.

I'm going to answer 1 and 2 since these are the questions I'm able to answer - of course it's possible to overoptimise the page what can bring negative impact if the page is too much keyword stuffed. Since you are using WP , you can install the plugin called Yoast SEO , which will point out in details what should be changed including the recommended keywords density in % so that the SEO score is good and chances of getting high ranks are high.

PS: Your english isnt't that bad ;-)

Excessive links to home page only can result in no good sometimes, you can build links to other pages/posts/category pages of your site so that it looks more natural.

I will answer 1 and 2 since these are the issues I'm ready to reply - obviously it's conceivable to overoptimise the page what can bring negative effect if the page is excessively catchphrase stuffed. Since you are utilizing WP , you can introduce the module called Yoast SEO , which will bring up in points of interest what ought to be changed including the suggested watchwords thickness in % so that the SEO score is great and odds of getting high positions are high.
So... Do you spin content often?

So should i do some backlinks to the categories and blog post to dilute the keywords ?

Backlinking has nothing to do with on page percentage of keywords. If the page is overoptimised you should lower the amount of keywords present on the specific page in order to get lower % of them. By overoptimisation I understand too many keywords on single page.
