why click Request A Review" button ??

When you click that button, your site will be re-reviewed to see if it still violates that specific Google guideline. If it doesn't, they'll remove the manual action from your account and your website.
I've only ever had to have Google review a few sites I manage, mostly for security warnings and once for a social engineering content warning which turned out to be a false-alarm. I think it took a couple of weeks for them to remove the warnings.

I would suggest you to just hit the Request a Review button. By doing this you'll come to know if your website is good or to go or still lacking on some parameters.

There is no support for this stuff. Request a review and move on, is all you can do.

@ney69613 I will do the following steps if it was me.
1- removing all the affiliate pages and contents from the website.
2- Updating all the contents with original and HQ ones (you can find HQ contents in the BHW forum for a reasonable price, I can help you to find a good writer if you can't do it yourself)
3- themes and images and videos are very important for each page but remember to use original ones.
4- Do not link to an external site from your website unless they are high-authority and relevant to the contents.
5- Push the review button and let them review your site.
Remember to not push the button if you haven't done anything yet.
I know you mentioned that your site already recovered. however, the massage still there.
Did you do at least some of the steps I mentioned above? what exactly did you do to recover your webpage?
