BST Payment Glitch?

I am trying to make payment for a thread renewal, seems like a glitch as everytime I make the payment it shows up for the approval thread and not the active listing. Tried 3 times total.

Also many threads are now showing up in renewal panel but are shown as purged today when I see the BST listing.

Not sure if other members are also facing similar issues, just wanted to give a headsup to the admins.

as far as i know the forum was down for around 30 minutes earlier as they were updating the marketplace, could just be that something hasnt been turned on again after this.

my vip and bst both due march same time, i payed both at christmas 3 months
in advance via apricot. so im payed up until march 2018. but i think apricot
is working on it.

I paid for 2 sales threads and an hour later said it expired again.

Threads that got paid (renewed) on Nov 2016. are also locked I believe that they know all of that as well, they are working on it and we should all just wait for now.

Yeah its usually renewed for an year but I don't see all renewal links in my panel only a few and those which I renewed dont show up. So thought to letting the admins kow.

i do manual payments from my pp to theres at christmas, not via bhw itself bill
but i have my christmas pp receipt and a screeny of apricot acknowledging paying
so i no it will get sorted , sht happens

Yes, we're aware of this and are working through these at the moment. If you've got an issue with your marketplace thread payment, please reply to the PM notifying you the thread is shut with payment information (transaction ID's preferably, or email address and payment dates) and I'll make sure it's looked into as soon as possible.
