PayPal Verification Tutorial! [free of cost]

Many people have been asking this and since I got this information for free, I might as well tell BHW about this.

Notes:
#you need a US paypal account, otherwise it wont happen.
#you will get free .20$

1. Go to here Netspend.com
2. Sign up with a valid email, create a password
3. You need valid USA address for sign up--if you're not from USA, pm me i will give you [i have many valid address]
4. Skip the Anytime Alerts (You do not need this)
5. Go to the "Load" Tab
6. Click "Sign Up Now" with the PayPal Transfers
7. You will see instructions on how to confirm the bank account coupled with a bank account, including the routing number, account number, and all the information you need to verify your PayPal.
8. In PayPal, once you input all the information to verify the PayPal, it will take 3-4 days (This is standard for PayPal)

for a real address go to white pages in any us city and search for a us name ex: john,terry ...something like that.Choose a name and you have now a real us address

this is for verifying your paypal account i understand. after it is verified can you order a debit card for your paypal account?

i don't think its possible, bcoz netspend only send debit card only to USA.

right, I am in america. After this is all setup I get a debit card through netspend, where I can transfer my paypal money to and then use my netspend debit card correct?

i tried above steps.but in paypal it is asking 2 deposits amounts to enter in to confirm and verify paypal.
