Occasionally it can move very slowly still. Best to bump up tx fee higher then the norm to compensate.

I'm not the sender and receiver is my exchange account so i guess there is no way arround till tomorrow when the support is back online if the funds shouldnt have till then be confirmed

Been varying a lot lately. It generally takes ~20-30 min to get 3 confirmations but sometimes it takes an hour or more.

During the last few months I've been wasting hours at cafe's, waiting to get the confirmations with a stranger from localbitcoins sitting across the table...

Yup you gotta love bitcoin. In all seriousness hopefully less of this happens in the future so bitcoin doesnt appear so "SCARY". Im glad your transactions went through happy hunting

I tried sending some btc to bittrex last night. Even though the confirmations were all done after multiple blocks happened, they didn't even show up as "pending." Then after I got super worried, I went and played a 1hr match of LoL and randomly my btc balance went up slowly tricklish -- so not all at once.

I think the problem is bittrex rather than the sending/receiving itself. So if ur sending to bittrex or another exchange and it's taking too long, then it's most probably the exchange's fault.
