Maybe that or he is looking for people like me who can make AdWords account with free money in them, most of the coupons have minimum spending amount which needs to be spent before you could use the coupon. And people don't want that.

Entropay didn't worked for me. is there any other VCC? I got suspended as soon I entered my billing info

There are hardly any reasonably priced VPS that have a Canada IP (except amazon aws). Can anyone suggest one ?
