People often like to wait for the dip but imho if your goals are long-term, just buy it.
BTC, ETH & NEO are all good.
OMG possibly (many believe it's great).
NEO should see a nice rise. I'm already at 35% ROI since last night and this is just the start. I believe it'll hit $xxx this month or the next.

If you wanna buy NEO you should wait for a dump. It has grown from $7 to $50 in 2 weeks so a dump is coming for sure but who knows when.
And if it does not dump, you miss out. You can just buy in and hold. I doubt you will see it go much more below $40 in the coming months, but then again I know fuck all. But the reason I'm buying in, is I'm not sitting around hoping to shave a few dollars off the price, then missing the boat.

It doesn't matter. Oscillations apply only short term. If people believe it's worth $100 a piece, it will be. I lost some money trying to short it, not much, maybe 12%. People see ETH 2.0 in NEO, they want to be rich, and they are holding. Dump could happen @ 100. The main problem with any speculation is that traders aren't professionals, so you can't possibly know how they think.
Check NEO graph in log scale. It looks straight as arrow.

I have no idea. I have never purchased any. I got my initial crypto by blogging on steemit platform. Got my first 1k there.
I don't recommend any. Both I have used have been a fucking joke. I mostly used coinmama, because I could deposit 10k with little verification and fucking around. The fucking around comes when it comes to them processing payments. Waited a day just for them to verify my payment. Very fucking annoying when you are watching things rocket up.

Easiest way is to buy bitcoin and trade it for NEO at exchanges like bittrex
You could possibly just read this thread if it's not too hard.
But if it is too hard, here is how I bought them. Bought bitcoin on coinmama, sent bitcoin to Bitterex, converted bitcoin to NEO at Bitterex. Need help on how to wait? That's easy, just do nothing.
