Fbads retargetting using email, how effective is it?

I have an email list that I scraped, someone suggested me to do FB ads retargetting.

My question is how effective it is? I've heard a lot of people doing FB ads waste thier money without any conversions.

Yeah, these emails are very real. I might try out fbads tomorrow and have a look at it.

Found a bunch of tools that will "do it for you" but it seems none of them at all are working.

Well I use scrapebox currenty, same as the other guys here.

Jeez $97 is a bit high for me..

I wasnt suggested any, but found a lot on google that sucked.

I do have an email list I can use currently but when I try to use it Facebook says I'm doing it too often and blocks me.. When I tried only 1 time.
