you should get good payout on the adsense for a site targeting financial, just make sure you don't use duplicate content from so other site. that can hurt your rankings. But the layout is looking good

I'd recommend write a couple of blogs at blogspot.com with relevant posts and with keyword rich anchor texts to your site.

This used to help.

Then keep adding good and original content.

A good way is to write a couple of articles about your topics discussed on your site and place your link in the resource box before submitting the article to about 50-250 article directories. (You may consider to use ArticleSubmitter.)

Another thing would be to create a little piece of software as a "mortgage calculator" or a "test your credit score", then make it available to download from your site, then submit your software to freeware distribution sites.

This is well worth of your efforts.

My surprise was to see my stumbleupon member page is deindexed by Google.
