Make authority pages, please give advice?

Hi!

I have start to make some viral content pages, but the Facebook new update have screwed me over.

My plan was to have those sites in Swedish, German, France and some other languages, and have found cheap writers and would like to use them.

While I have been researching, I found that people pay around $50 to $300 for links from blogs/authority websites, and sell around 10-20 per webpage/year.

So I was thinking to start 30 pages, around 6-7 in every country, and build them up for 6 months to one year. And then activate Adsense and also sell links on those pages, I think that I will get a nice income from that. I have no problem to invest money in to it if I feel I will get a nice payout.

Can anyone with experience in this please give me advice? Will this work?

*Edit: Maybe this will not be authority webpage, I was thinking to make a brand new page, and ad 20 articles on it, and then ad 2-10 every month.

Yeah, the link will be a problem since they will not be easy to get, that will be one of the biggest challenges I guess.
