Looking For a Theme or Script to External Content Sharing

Hi friends. Want to content sharing site, but can't find any theme or script. Looking for a wordpress theme or any other script like thehun.net. Other webmasters will share url and title then my site will show them after the approval on the home page. Any idea please? Thanks.

Seriously, please mention NSFW if you're mentioning an adult site with a URL that clearly doesn't indicate its content type. People have little kids around them (I do). I think what you're looking for is a content locker.

Just put (NSFW) next to the link so people know, or mention in the text that it's an adult site.
