is there a way to contact another member directly?

I'm really sorry if this is a silly question, but is there a way to contact another member directly inside the forum? Like an internal chat you can have or message system? A few other forums have this but from the few people I've tried to contact I either can't find it or it seems like it is reliant on them adding their skype or something. Would love some help/feedback on this. Sorry again if it's a silly question, still new here and appreciate your help.

You've got enough posts to be able to contact other members. There's a min post count, to prevent spammers from doing so.
