I need Help on Instagram Hacked Account

Hello, I Would like to ask if there is a way to get my 2 Ig Account back.
1. My account was hacked and they switch the name it has 200k followers its blogger type and it contains more than 1700 photos of my self and it can be prouf. There is any way to report it?
2. I Created a long time ago an account called @fotball I can login but i forgot the Email, and it ask me for verified with email code, there is any way to bypass or get a contact form.

All I need is a way to report it.

Did you even try? Try logging in again and look at the options available when the info doesn't work.

Dude, just that portion that I highlighted in RED, caught my attention. If you can login, you can change your email and have total control of the account.

Now, when it says it will send you a verification code via email, you can see the first few characters of the email and where it's going to (hotmail, gmail, etc).

If you don't remember that, then you have bigger problems. Do as advised above, you'll need to send a photo of you holding the code and copy of government issued ID.
