Multiple Web 2.0s from a single account and multiple web2.0s from different accounts. which is best?

My question may seem confusing to some but it is specific. I have always heard that web 2.0s are great. But how do you actually create them? Using a single registered account or by doing multiple registrations through various emails and then posting content separately and creating different sites etc? Share your views.

Obviously as many different properties as you can get so you can get IP diversity.

Ideally you want them to not be connected. If they have different public contact info/details, then in theory Google won't know they're all connected, so (again, in theory) they might have the same value as if they were separate web 2.0s.

However, if they're all from the same account and you spam one of them into oblivion, then Wordpress/Joomla/Jimdo/whatever might ban them all. Also, you generally get diminishing returns as you make more and more links from the same domain. One good Wordpress web 2.0 + one good Weebly web 2.0 + one good Joomla web 2.0 is generally a better idea than ten shitty web 2.0s all on Weebly (or whatever).

Definitely multiple web2.0 providers (weebly, wordpress, etc).
And if you are paranoid use an email account only for 1 property. In the end an email is a few cents.

actually mixing up both, having multiple pages on same web 2.0 and some times single pages.
